H/C Bingo! Prompt away :)

AND SO IT BEGINS. I has a h/c bingo card! I'm not sure about some of the squares - I'd only want to do 'mercy killing' and 'crucifixion' in a metaphorical sense I think. But I would love to take a shot at the serial killers square if I could come up with a story!

So, please to be prompting/requesting for some squares if you could be so kind! :D ♥

Fandoms I can (try to) write in: White Collar (seasons 1-5.1 currently), Suits, Buffy, Torchwood, Dark Matter, The Last Tycoon, Criminal Minds (seasons 1-6 currently), Make It or Break It, Lost Girl (seasons 1-2 currently), How to Get Away With Murder, Community, Scorpion, anything else you think I watch

Ships/kinks/types of work: Any! Don't be shy ;)

If you happen to have any long detailed plot requests that would be awesome seeing as per usual my creativity is faltering. And while I'm having a prompt post, if anyone has any ideas what I should write for the WC big bang...that would be very very helpful :p

grief suicide attempt bodyguards unexpected consequences of planned soulbonding loss of home / shelter
archaic medical treatment lost childhood forced to participate in illegal / hurtful activity betrayal mercy killing
blackmail accidents WILD CARD undeserved reputation washing / bathing someone
heat exhaustion / heat stroke loss of voice depression serial killers comfort food or item / feeding someone
taking care of somebody alien abduction robots / androids bullet wounds crucifixion

Awwwwwww, such a glorious card :P It's funny that you have a lot of squares from my previous card, LOL :D

I think I need the washing/bathing someone square like air, OMG. Poor injured Neal slowly recovering, too weak to handle taking a shower on his own, so of course Peter helps him with that and he is soooo careful and gentle and just... d'awwww ♥

Grief could be post-series of course... or maybe poor Neal grieving after Ellen's death, maybe coming to Peter's house because he can't find himself a place

And suicide attempt just makes me think of my poor art which got sort of claimed 2 years ago and then nothing... never posted it but recently I've been looking at it and thinking that I should post it and maybe see if anyone feels like writing something to go with it... basically it's Neal sitting on the edge of a bridge (screencap from In Time) while Peter is running like crazy, obviously wanting to stop him. I'm thinking maybe somehow Neal got either drugged or brainwashed, maybe he is convinced that Peter was killed and the drugs just add to the confusion. It's a very shameless excuse to have Peter talk Neal out of it, drag him away from that edge and collapse to the ground in relief, holding Neal as fiercely as possible :P heee :D

Heee, yeah, there was one story written for that serial killers art BUT you know there is never too many stories about that, heee. I would love to read your take on it. I didn't really have any particular plot in mind so you could take this any way you wanted :D

OK, let me send you that art now :P I'm finally catching up with stuff :D

I'm for anything White Collar, though the washing/bathing someone really strikes my fancy. I can picture a sick or hurt Neal being too weak or injured to take care of himself and either Peter or Peter and El step up to help. Major mother-henning of Neal (LOL). This could also tie into the feeding someone.......

Looking forward to whatever you write.

Heat exhaustion/heat stroke:

Short after he landed on Cape Verde and found Neal, Peter collapses, due to the fact that his body didn't expect the high temperatures you get on an island way closer to the equator than New York City. Neal, Mozzie and Maya rally together to get him better.

Depression (both of them could be continued in a story for "suicide attempt")

Scenario A: Set in the beginning of Season 2. When Peter picks up Neal from the prison in "Withdrawal", the young man isn't exactly in the best shape. Peter's no shrink, but even he can recognize a full-blown depression when he sees one. So before they can work on catching "The Architect", he, Mozzie and El have to bring Neal back from the brink. (Kate's death must have had a more profound effect on Neal's psyche than we got to see on the show)

Scenario B: Set in the gap year of Season 6. Peter should look forward to becoming a dad and opening a new chapter in his life, but try as he might, he can't shake the feelings he still has about Neal's death. It's only after a near-catastrophe strikes at work, that he, and his friends and family, realize what's really going on with him - and get him help. (I'm thinking about something like Hotch did in 5x03 for the near-catastrophe)

Lost Childhood:

As we all know, Neal's life got uprooted when he was little. And with him running away from home at the age of 18, he has next to nothing that reminds him of his childhood. Or so he thought. When the Marshals are done with Ellen's apartment, Peter has a talk to one of their bosses, and he and Neal are allowed to clear it out - which leads to a lot of surprises for Neal and a new understanding of his CI and friend for Peter.

Serial killers:

Role Reversal AU. Neal is an FBI agent, hunting a couple the press has labeled "The Honeymoon Killers" - Peter and Elizabeth Burke. He's on the case for the last few years, knows pretty much everything about them, but they are always at least one step ahead of him, leaving him and his team to pick up the pieces they left behind in honeymoon suites all over the country. What he (or no one else for that matter) doesn't realize is that the couple has kind of an endgame scenario in mind - or that he's slowly but steady falling for Peter.

Blackmail:

Someone learns of Monroe's affair with Rose Brady, and blackmails him into accepting the terms the Nazi's have set up - which might be only the beginning.

Betrayal:

One doesn't betray Pat Brady's feelings and get away with it. Monroe Stahr is about to experience that first-hand.

I love the prompts you've gotten already, but it just made me think...

You could do a "bullet wound" (Neal, of course, b/c everything happens to him!) -- or "accident", b/c maybe that's a bit easier on him somehow?? + then he's weak and needing "feeding someone" + "bathing someone" + "taking care of somebody" -- all in one fic!! LOL!! OH! And you could always make it so that "blackmail" means he's "forced to do illegal activity" and somehow, he suffers "betrayal" in that, which leads to the accident/bullet wound... See? All nice and neat in one Big Bang-length fic!! LOL!!

I know that's not how it's done, but you could kinda get a circle on there with one fell swoop ;-)

ETA: And if that isn't applying Neal (or maybe Mozzie?)-like "logic to that, I don't know what is! LOL!!

Mercy killing... what if Satchmo/Bugsy, have a mouse or bird and it is wounded so bad, they need to perform a mercy killing?

[identity profile] halfshellvenus.livejournal.com 2016-06-22 05:18 pm (UTC)(link)
The entire leftmost column looks promising! Also the top row.

For "mercy killing," I would suggest the binning of a culinary effort gone wrong. Such high hopes for the would-be chef! Such pathetic, unsalvageable results. :)

I'm not sure what the robot/android prompt is doing in there, but perhaps it's to allow flexibility for other fandoms. \o?

Wow, this is amazing! I'm not on here much anymore, but this caught my eye - hope you don't mind me dropping in. xx

You watch Lost Girl? Well I've not seen much LG ff so here we go, choose any [or none] that interest you:

betrayal - Vex betrays them in any number of ways, but he's too squeally and childish to actually beat up. It's up to you whether this is punishment or if he likes it.

crucifixion - Vex has done a lot of bad things, and to bring the community together they need a scape goat. ...I'm with you on metaphorical, and also like redemption.

This one sounds GREAT for Community:

forced participation in illegal activity - Jeff tricks the group [or maybe just Annie] into some illegal activity. Probably either out of boredom or, more likely, to benefit himself in some way. Maybe they don't even get caught, but some in the group find out and are not happy.

[identity profile] thelittlespanko.livejournal.com 2016-06-24 12:13 am (UTC)(link)
I've missed you as well! \o/ That's ok, I'm pretty bad at those things, too. Obviously, haha! XD Things are going well, how are things with you? I've been getting the house sorted, and keep finding things I forgot I had.

I began watching Lost Girl about a couple years ago, but no one else had ever heard of it. I have the last season to watch, and I can't decide whether I want to ration them out or binge. Vex, that little imp. He has great style, next to Bo and Kenzi he's my favorite character. I don't know how much you've seen and what happened in which season, but I find him a very interesting little snot.

I DO ship Jeff/Annie!!!! I think they'd be precious together. I think most want to ship Jeff/Brita, and I'm ok with that, but Jeff/Annie seems more natural.

Eeeep, my father cleared out a shed a couple of years ago and made me take tubs of my childhood things - and I know your pain! LOL As of now it's all sitting undisturbed in our basement, I'm a bit afraid to see what is in there. Hee! Parents keep the oddest things of ours, don't they?

Wooo Dyson! I love his Toronto accent and the way they talk through their nose ever so slightly there. XD I think he'd be a wonderful spanker as well. As would Bo. Vex is going to have some troubles - oh dear, esp if they ever team up on him and take turns. o0

YAAAY!!! =D I like how Jeff and Annie compliment each other so well in goodness and ....'badness?' And the age difference! She's so intelligent in such a different way than Jeff is. I love the way they can surprise each other with intellect. I've no idea why there is so little ff for them.

I've never done a Bingo, and am considering having a go at it.

Robots - all I'm sayin' is, Mozzie is a genius and experimented with building robots. Except he made them smart and self reliant, and before he knows it, they attack him. So, hurt!Moz and comforting!Neal (or Peter or El or June or...)

Ta-da. :D

Also? I can't wait to see a Neal who lost his voice! He of the silver tongue, unable to talk his way out of predicaments?! Gold mine! *g*

I'm playing catch up. I took two weeks away in December and here I am in August just reading your June post:D

I think Captain Jack Harkness would be a good choice for both the crucifixion and mercy killing squares since neither would be permanent.
