"Daryl?"

"Yeah?"

"Do you think Glenn would mind if I asked him to get something... not so essential on his next supply run?"

"Like dessert? Doubt it. He's brought back toffee for Carl before."

"No, I mean... Not food. Cushions, blankets. That kind of thing."

"You're cold? I can get you more blankets from the supply -"

"No, no, I'm fine. I just - I was thinking - daydreaming, I guess - about how the cells could actually look kinda nice if we did a little decorating, got some pretty things for the beds and the walls..."

"They're cells. All we do is sleep in them. Ain't no need for them to be pretty."

"Ain't no need for them to not be pretty either."

"Beth..."

"Never mind. It's silly. I just thought it would make it feel more homely."

"I think... it's people that make places feel like home."

"You're right. Of course, you're right. Well, I should go -"

"Beth, wait."

"What is it?"

"What colour?"

"I'm sorry?"

"I might be going out with Glenn tomorrow. So... Just in case we get the chance. What colour cushions?"

"Oh! Purple? And pink, maybe? But any would be good. I... Thank you, Daryl."

"Yeah. But if I get eaten while I'm looking for them, I'm gonna be pissed."

"Understood."

Aww I loved this! I'm a Walking Dead addict as you may have noticed ;-) this dialogue was so sweet, you nailed their characters and it's s scene I can totally envision in the show! Thanks for posting :-) and feel free to post more of the. ;)
