I have had my first mince pie of the season! \o/ (Not my first of the year though, because obviously I ate a whole lot of post-Christmas ones in January!)

It was delicious, even though I microwaved it a bit long and nearly burnt my mouth! I'd been wondering about making my own this year, but I'm not sure there's any need when shop-bought ones are so yummy. Next time I will buy some of the ones with icing on :D
